What happened to my original creditor?

Your original creditor may have sold your account. Laurel Wreath Acquisitions, LLC acquires debt from original creditors or may service existing debt. 

Does Laurel Wreath Acquisitions, LLC report to the credit bureaus?

We may report to the credit reporting agencies if we have acquired ownership of your account and if the account is within the permitted reporting period.

Why is someone other than Laurel Wreath Acquisitions, LLC trying to contact me about this debt?

Laurel Wreath Acquisitions, LLC utilizes third party collection agencies and other vendors to service some of the accounts we own.

What should I do if I am the victim of Identity Theft?

Please submit a Fraud Affidavit as soon as possible. Fraud claims are typically processed within 1-4 business days of the request. You will receive a written acknowledgment that your fraud claim has been received. We will respond within 30-days of receipt of the fraud claim with the outcome of the investigation. If we cannot locate your account, we may need to contact you.
