    • Supporting secure FTP transfer for all data transmission or the equivalent

    • Monitoring and recording all LWA entrances and exits are monitored and recorded 24/7 via a closed-circuit camera system

    • Requiring keypad access to all facilities

    • Establishing a strict on-site visitor protocol

    • Maintaining strict confidentiality policies and procedures and regular training

    • Establishing firewalls between each client’s data

    • Housing our data in an off-site data center

    • Maintaining a secondary, redundant data center for disaster recovery

    • Incremental data back-ups throughout the day

    • Full data back-ups daily
